1. Introduction

Welcome to Pulse!

Pulse is an AI-powered platform that enables users to make videos interactive by automatically generating questions and experiences on top of the video. Pulse is a product of Solocl Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Solocl Tech"). By using Pulse, you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use Pulse.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Pulse. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal authority to agree to these Terms.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of Pulse, you will need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update your information as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of the Service

You may use Pulse in accordance with its intended educational purposes. You agree not to use Pulse for any unlawful activities, in ways that may harm or disrupt the service, or in a manner that violates applicable laws, including those concerning children's privacy. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reverse engineering of the platform is prohibited.

If you create or share content on Pulse, you are responsible for ensuring that the content is appropriate for the intended audience. This includes complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding children's privacy if the content is shared with or accessible to children under 16 years of age. Pulse is not responsible for any unauthorized or unlawful use of the content shared by users.

5. Content Ownership and Licensing

User-Generated Content: You retain ownership of any questions generated using Pulse’s AI and any videos you upload to the platform. By using Pulse, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, distribute, and display your content as necessary to operate the service. If you share content created on Pulse with children under 16, you are responsible for ensuring that the sharing complies with applicable laws regarding children’s privacy.
Free Tier Content: Content created by users on the free tier will be open for sharing with the Pulse community by default.
Ownership of Videos: The ownership of uploaded videos remains with the original creator. Pulse respects the intellectual property rights of content creators and expects users to do the same. You are responsible for ensuring that any shared content complies with all applicable laws, including those related to the protection of children's privacy.

6. Subscription and Payment

Pulse offers both a free tier and a paid subscription:

Free Tier: Users on the free tier can create up to 3 videos per month.
Paid Tier: For $9 per month, users can create up to 30 video lessons.

Payment for the paid tier will be billed monthly in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the remaining period.

7. Data Collection and Privacy

Pulse collects minimal data to improve user experience, including data on the length of video watched and questions attempted. Pulse does not collect any other personal information unless voluntarily provided by the user.

8. Termination of Service

Company Termination: Pulse reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or any other conduct deemed harmful to the service.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Pulse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Pulse does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service. In no event shall Pulse be liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pulse, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of Pulse, including but not limited to, any claims related to your sharing of content with children under 16 or violations of applicable laws regarding children's privacy.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.

12. Changes to the Terms

Pulse reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes, and your continued use of Pulse after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.
